Steps to Clear Browser Cache in Chrome

  1. Do one of the following:
    • From the Menu button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, choose More Tools” > “Clear browsing data…“.
    • Press “CTRL” + “Shift” + “Delete” keys in Windows or Linux, or “Command” + “Shift” + “Delete” keys on MacOS.
    • Select “Menu” > “Settings” > “Advanced” > “Clear browsing data…“.
  2. Select the period of time you wish to delete cached information using the “Clear the following items from” drop down menu. From there, you can choose “Cached images and files“.
  3. Select the “Clear browsing data” button, and Chrome will clear your cache.

Internet Explorer

Enrollment Portal supports IE browser version 11

Steps to Clear Browser Cache in IE

  1. Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history....

    NOTE: You can also access this menu by holding Ctrl + Shift + Delete.

  2. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
  3. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.

Mozilla Firefox

Enrollment Portal supports Firefox browser version 60 or Above

Steps to Clear Browser Cache in Firefox

  1. Do one of the following:
    • From the Menu button in the upper-right corner of the Firefox window, choose Options.
    • Press “CTRL” + “Shift” + “Delete” keys in Windows or Linux, or “Command” + “Shift” + “Delete” keys on MacOS.
    • Select “Options” > “Privacy & Security” > “History” > “Clear History…“.
  2. Select the period of time you wish to delete cached information using the “Clear All History” drop down menu.
  3. Select the “Clear Now” button, and FireFox will clear your cache.
